Theresa Vermeersch is an experienced People Team leader with expertise in people operations, business partnerships, and workplace experience, driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance. Before joining Unlearn, she was the first non-engineering hire at Sentry, where she played a key role in building and scaling the People Team and processes, helping the company grow from 8 to over 350 employees across eight countries. She holds an M.A. in Art History from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
